- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I can not get to work tomorrow because of the massive crater across LingerLong Road. There were workers there Friday putting up orange barrels, promising to be back at the end of this week. No sign of that yet. That electric company comes at all hours of day and night in an emergency but our government has failed yet again. Everyone on this road works, pays taxes, and gives to this community but I suppose that isn't good enough to have a safe road to drive upon. Would it kill you to work a weekend? Where is this mysterious SPLOST money going, the United Way money, the ever increasing property tax revenue? Fix our road! Not with barrels marking your mistakes but with permanent solutions.
